ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಲಾಕ್ಡೌನ್ನಿಂದ ನಗರಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಅರಸಿ ವಲಸೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮೂರಿಗೆ ವಾಪಸ್ ಹೋಗಲು ಕಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ದೇಶದ ವಿವಿಧ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಊರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಲಸೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಭರಿಸುವುದು ಎಂದು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೇಶದ ಬಡವರು ಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಿದು. ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತೋರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಡ, ನಿರ್ಗತಿಕ ವಲಸೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ವಲಸೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ರೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಊರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೂ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
