ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ನೋಟ್ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಜಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಪರೋಕ್ಷ ತೆರಿಗೆದಾರರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವ ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. 500 ಮತ್ತು 1 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ನೋಟುಗಳ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಜಾರಿ ಬಳಿಕ 18 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹೊಸ ತೆರಿಗೆದಾರರು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪರೋಕ್ಷ ತೆರಿಗೆದಾರರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಶೇ 50ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ದೇಶೀಯ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ(ಜಿಡಿಪಿ) 6.75%ರಿಂದ 7ರಿಂದ 7.5% ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆ 4% ಅಂಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಸಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಚ್ಚಾ ತೈಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಡಿಪಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರಬಹುದು.
ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಗುಜರಾತ್, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ತಮಿಳು ನಾಡು ಮತ್ತು ತೆಲಂಗಾಣ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ರಫ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ 70% ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿವೆ. ಕೃಷಿಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಶೇ 2.1ರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಬಹುದು. ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ವಲಯ 8% ರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.
