ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ವಿಜಯ ದಶಮಿಯಂದು(Vijayadashami) ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘ(RSS) ನಡೆಸುವ ಪಥಸಂಚಲನಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ(Priyank Kharge) ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ(Bengaluru) ಆರ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್‌ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಪತ್ರ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ, ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಅನುಮತಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪೋಸ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಿದೆ?
ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ RSS ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರೇ, ದಸರಾ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ ಜೋರಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಕ್ಕೆ ತಣ್ಣೀರು ಎರಚುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಜ್ಞಾಪನೆ, ಕೇವಲ “ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು” ಅಥವಾ ಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ “ಸಹಕರಿಸಿ” ಅಥವಾ “ಅಗತ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದಂತೆ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Not to be a wet blanket, but a gentle reminder, merely “informing” or telling the Home Department to “cooperate” or “make necessary arrangements” is not the same as obtaining permission.
Please submit your application in accordance with the prescribed procedure applicable to all organizations and await formal approval from the competent authorities.
I am sure you have read your own Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha Annual Report 2025–26, which states that the RSS conducted 562 route marches across Karnataka, involving 2,21,963 uniformed participants.
Now, when lakhs of you intend to march through Karnataka’s streets on single day at the same time, the Police Department has considerable preparations to make: deployment of personnel, transportation, food, traffic management, security arrangements and other logistics.
All of this requires planning, manpower and public resources.
So, please fill out the prescribed application form, provide the necessary details and await formal permission.
