– ಹೇಡಿಗಳ ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋದಿ, ಮೆಹಬೂಬಾ ಮುಫ್ತಿ ಖಂಡನೆ
ಶ್ರೀನಗರ: ಉಗ್ರರ ನಿರಂತರ ದಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ನಲುಗಿರೋ ಕಣಿವೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಜಮ್ಮುಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಉಗ್ರರು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬೀಭತ್ಸ ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ 7 ಮಂದಿ ಅಮರನಾಥ ಯಾತ್ರಿಗಳು ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸೋಮವಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿ 8.30ರ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಅನಂತನಾಗ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಖನಬಾಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉಗ್ರರು ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ 6 ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಬಸ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ 7 ಮಂದಿ ಅಮರನಾಥ ಯಾತ್ರಿಕರು ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, 15 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಂದಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅಮರನಾಥ ಯಾತ್ರೆ ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಮರಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಉಗ್ರರ ದಾಳಿಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾದ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ನೋಂದಣಿಯ ಬಸ್ ಅಮರನಾಥ ದೇಗುಲದ ಬೋರ್ಡ್‍ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾತ್ರಿ 7ರ ನಂತರ ಭದ್ರತೆ ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ಬಸ್ ಡ್ರೈವರ್ ನಿಯಮ ಮೀರಿ ಬಸ್ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದ.
ಜಮ್ಮುವಿನಿಂದ ಅಮರನಾಥ ದೇಗುಲ 200 ಕಿಲೋ ಮೀಟರ್ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅಮರನಾಥ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 40 ಸಾವಿರ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಪಡೆಗಳನ್ನ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗುಪ್ತಚರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಂತೆ ಉಗ್ರರು ಸುಮಾರು 150 ಯಾತ್ರಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ 200 ಪೊಲೀಸರನ್ನ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಮರನಾಥ ಯಾತ್ರಿಕರ ಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಖಂಡನೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಿಎಂ ಮೆಹಬೂಬಾ ಮುಫ್ತಿ ಅನಂತ್‍ನಾಗ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ತಲೆತಗ್ಗಿಸುವಂತ ಕೃತ್ಯ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ನಮ್ಮ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದ ಭಯಂಕರ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಇಡೀ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿಯತ್ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದ ಲಜ್ಜೆಗೆಟ್ಟ ದಾಳಿ. ಉಗ್ರರನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸದೇ ಬಿಡೋದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂತಾ ಗುಡುಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಈ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೇಡಿಗಳ ಪೈಶಾಚಿಕ ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾರತ ತಲೆಬಾಗೋದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಗುಡುಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದಾಳಿಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇವತ್ತು ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ತರ್ತು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಕರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವ ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ, ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ರಾಜ್‍ನಾಥ್ ಸಿಂಗ್, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಅಜಿತ್ ದೋವಲ್ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಯಾರೂ ಕೂಡ ಪ್ರಚೋದನೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಬಾರದು. ಇದು ಭದ್ರತಾ ವೈಫಲ್ಯ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ಇದರ ಹೊಣೆ ಹೊತ್ತು ಮುಂದೆ ಇಂಥ ಘಟನೆ ಮರುಕಳಿಸದಂತೆ ನೋಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
