ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಕೆಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ವ್ಯಾಟ್ ಇಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್, ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಡೀಸೆಲ್ ದರ 5 ರೂ. ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು 1.50 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ತೈಲ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು 1 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 2.50 ರೂ ಕಡಿತವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವ ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನೂ ಓದಿ: ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್, ಡೀಸೆಲ್ ದರ 2.50 ರೂ. ಇಳಿಕೆ

ತೈಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಇಂದು ಹಣಕಾಸು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಜೊತೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಸಭೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವ ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ, ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ 10,500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹೊರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ವ್ಯಾಟ್ ತೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ 2.5ರೂ. ಇಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಡಳಿತವಿರುವ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ತೈಲ ದರ ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ತೈಲ ದರ ಕಡಿತದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಗೆ 5 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಕಡಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ದೇವೇಂದ್ರ ಫಡ್ನವೀಸ್, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ 2.5 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ದರವನ್ನು ಇಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 5 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಹೊರೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬರೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನೂ ಓದಿ: ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು, ಅತಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಸಿಗೋ ನಗರಗಳು

ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್, ಗುಜರಾತ್, ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‍ಗಡ್, ಉತ್ತರಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಹರಿಯಾಣ, ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶ, ತ್ರಿಪುರ, ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ, ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಗೋವಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಸಹ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಲಿನ ವ್ಯಾಟ್ ಇಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರರಿಗೆ 5 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆಗೊಳಿಸಿವೆ.

ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾರೆಲ್ ತೈಲ 76 ಡಾಲರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಚೀನಾ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಮರ, ಇರಾನ್ ನಿಂದ ತೈಲ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಿದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಡಾಲರ್ ಮುಂದೆ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ದುರ್ಬಲವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು 73 ರೂ. ಗಡಿ ದಾಟಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ತೈಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನೂ ಓದಿ: ನೂರರ ಗಡಿಯತ್ತ ತೈಲ ಬೆಲೆ: ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪಾಲು ಎಷ್ಟು? ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹೇಳೋದು ಏನು?
2014 ರಿಂದ 2016 ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 9 ಬಾರಿ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಮೇಲೆ 11.77 ರೂ., ಡೀಸೆಲ್ ಮೇಲೆ 13.47 ರೂ. ನಂತೆ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ 2014-15 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಕ್ಕೆ 99 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೆ, 2016-17 ನೇ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2.42 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆದಾಯ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಮೇಲೆ 9.48 ರೂ. ನಿಂದ 21.48 ರೂ., ಡೀಸೆಲ್ ಮೇಲೆ 3.56 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 17.33 ರೂ. ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು ಏರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. 2016 ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಈ ಏರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, 2017 ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡೀಸೆಲ್ ಮೇಲೆ 2 ರೂ. ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಸುಂಕದಿಂದ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಜನರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿತ್ತು.
