ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಜನರನ್ನು ದಿಕ್ಕುತ್ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಲಜ್ಜೆಗೆಟ್ಟ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯತೆ ಎಂದು ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆರ್ಬಿಐ ರೈಟಾಫ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಂಸದ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರು “ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತ”ರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಪಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

“ನಾನು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೆ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಗರಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ 50 ಮಂದಿಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವರು ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಈಗ ಆರ್ಬಿಐ ನೀರವ್ ಮೋದಿ, ಮೆಹುಲ್ ಚೋಕ್ಸಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಚಿದ್ದರು” ಎಂದು ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಕುಟುಕಿದ್ದರು.
Provisions are made for NPAs as per the four-year provisioning cycle laid down by the @RBI. Upon full provisioning being done banks write-off the fully provided NPA but continue to pursue recovery against the borrower. No loan is waived off.

ಟ್ವೀಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಿದೆ?
ಜನರನ್ನು ದಿಕ್ಕುತ್ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಲಜ್ಜೆಗೆಟ್ಟ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯತೆ. ತಮಗೆ ತೋಚಿದ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಬೇಕಾದಂತೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಯಾಕೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಆತ್ಮಾವಲೋಕನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ಅಥವಾ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದ್ಧತೆ ತೋರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸುಸ್ತಿದಾರರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 3,515 ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀರವ್ ಮೋದಿ, ಮೆಹುಲ್ ಚೋಕ್ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜಯ್ ಮಲ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 18,332 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನೂ ಓದಿ: ಚೋಕ್ಸಿ, ಮಲ್ಯ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ 50 ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳ 68,607 ಕೋಟಿ ‘ಸಾಲ ಮನ್ನಾ’. ಯಾರ ಸಾಲ ಎಷ್ಟು ರೈಟಾಫ್ ಆಗಿದೆ?
Nirav Modi Case : Immovable and movable properties worth more than Rs 2387 Crore attached/seized.( Attachment Rs 1898 Crore and Seizure Rs 489.75 Crore) . This includes foreign attachments of Rs 961.47 Crore. Auction of luxury items for Rs 53.45 Crore. He is in prison in the UK.

2009-2010 ಮತ್ತು 2013-2014ರ ನಡುವೆ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳು 1,45,226 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ರೈಟಾಫ್ ಮಾಡಿವೆ. ಎನ್ಡಿಎ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಬಳಿ ರೈಟಾಫ್ ಎಂದರೇನು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ ಎಂದು ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

@INCIndia and Shri.@RahulGandhi should introspect why they fail to play a constructive role in cleaning up the system. Neither while in power, nor while in the opposition has the @INCIndia shown any commitment or inclination to stop corruption & cronyism.

ವಿಜಯ್ ಮಲ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ 1,693 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಜಪ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕ ಸುಸ್ತಿದಾರ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸಹ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಪರವಾಗಿಯೇ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನೀರವ್ ಮೋದಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ 2,387 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ 53.45 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಲಕ್ಷುರಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಾಜು ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಈ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡ್ ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮೆಹುಲ್ ಚೋಕ್ಸಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಲ್ಲಿ 1,936.95 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರೆಡ್ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು. ಆಂಟಿಗುವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Vijay Mallya Case : Total value at the time of attachment was Rs 8040 Crore and of seizure was Rs 1693 Crore. Value of shares at the time of seizure was Rs 1693 Crore. Declared fugitive offender. On extradition request by GoI,UK High Court, has also ruled for extradition.

ಸಾಲ ಮರಳಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿಸದಿದ್ದವರನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಸಾಲ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡದವರು ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇಂತವರು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಯುಪಿಎ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ‘ಫೋನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್’ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Those defaulters who do not repay despite having capacity to pay, divert or siphon-off funds, or dispose of secured assets without bank’s permission are categorised as wilful defaulters. They are those well connected promoters who benefitted from UPA’s ‘Phone banking’.
