ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ವಜ್ರ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಾಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್ ಗುಣಗಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಗುಣಗಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಅಪಸ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಭವನದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಲೆ ಬಾಗಿದಾರಾ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಈಗ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಹೌದು. ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಾಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್, ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಿ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್ ವೀರ ಮರಣವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ ಎಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದರು. ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಪ್ಪುಸುಲ್ತಾನ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು, ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಕ್ಷಿಪಣಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಜನಕ ಎಂದು ಹಾಡಿಹೊಗಳಿದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಶಾಸಕರು ಮೇಜುಕುಟ್ಟಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಬಳಿಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳ ಭಾಷಣದ ಯಥಾವತ್ ಪ್ರತಿ http://www.presidentofindia.nic.in/ ಮತ್ತು http://pib.gov.in ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪ್ಲೋಡ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಭಾಷಣದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊಗಳಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗದೇ ಇರುವುದು ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಸವಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಪ್ಪುವನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳಿದ್ದು ಅಚ್ಚರಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೇ ಬುಧವಾರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12 ಗಂಟೆಯ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ‘ಮೈಸೂರು’ ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ರೆಂಡಿಂಗ್ ಟಾಪಿಕ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲೂ ಬರಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನುವ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಭವನದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೋವಿಂದ್ ಅವರ ಭಾಷಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ 17 ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊಗಳಿದ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿಲ್ಲ ಯಾಕೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಈಗ ಎದ್ದಿದೆ.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಜಯಂತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗುವುದು ಬೇಡ ಎನ್ನುವ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಭವನದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲವೇ ಎನ್ನುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈಗ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ: ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು ವೈಯುಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಿಎಂ ಗಳ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಹೇಳಿಸಿ ವಜ್ರಮಹೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳ ಬಾಯಿಯಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇವೆಗೌಡರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕೈ ಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಯಾಕೆ? ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪರಿಷತ್ ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್.ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖಂಡ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿ, ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮೆಲಕು ಹಾಕುವ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಕೊಡವರ ಕೊಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು. ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಲುವಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಈಗಲೂ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜಂಟಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವೇ?: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಹೆಸರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವಾದ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಭಾಷಣ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಇದೇನು ಜಂಟಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವೇ? ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಮಟ್ಟ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಜಂಟಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ವೇಳೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂದು ಕೋವಿಂದ್ ಓದಿರುವುದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಾದ ಭಾಷಣ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬಣ್ಣ ಕೊಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೊಂದು ಖಂಡನೀಯ ಹಾಗು ವಿಷಾದನೀಯ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡದ ವಿಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾತ್ರ ಇಲ್ಲ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಮರೆತಿರಬಹುದು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಅವರು ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಪೂವರ್ಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನನಗನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರ ಹೆಸರು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೋಷ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಭಾಷಣ ಬರೆದವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಎಚ್‍ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
