ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಕಿರುತೆರೆ ನಟಿ ದಿಶಾ ಮದನ್ ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಾಟ್ ಫೋಟೋಶೂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಫೋಟೋಗಳು ಅವರು ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಾಗ್ರಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈರಲ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಖಾಸಗಿ ವಾಹಿನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಾರವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ‘ಕುಲವಧು’ ಧಾರಾವಾಹಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿಶಾ ಮದನ್, ‘ವಚನ’ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಅವರು ಡ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್ ರಿಯಾಲಿಟಿ ಶೋನಲ್ಲೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಮದುವೆಯಾದ ನಂತರ ನಟನೆಯಿಂದ ದೂರ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದರು.

#SeriesThree : Educate Yourself. Break The Norms. Commit To It. Not a lot of people know but my pregnancy was a surprise to me! Shashank and I never planned it, it just happened and initially, we never considered ourselves ready for this new journey. We took a week to digest it, educate ourselves about the process, talk to my doctor, work out my dates for shoot and after a whole week, we were convinced we could prepare ourselves for a roller coster ride! After a whole week, we announced to our family and everyone was super excited and happy! A lot of young couples choose to terminate pregnancies because of work loads, stress and mentally not being ready. But having a baby is such a precious gift you’re blessed with, you could NEVER be underprepared. Shashank and I sat with my doctor for hours. We read a lot about the process. We jotted down timelines for each other according to professional commitments and not once did the cons overpower the pros of having a baby 🙂 in the past eight months, we’ve COMMITTED ourselves to doing everything we can for each other and making this the most memorable journey. Pregnancy does not restrict you from working or from having fun and YOU should never let it 🙂 . ದಿಶಾ ಮದನ್ ತಾವು ತಾಯಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಾಗ್ರಾಂ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಸಖತ್ ಎಂಜಾಯ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಹಾಟ್ ಫೋಟೋಶೂಟ್ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದಿಶಾ ಅವರ ಫೋಟೋವನ್ನು ‘ಮಾಮಿ ಶಾಟ್ಸ್’ ಅಮೃತ ಅವರು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

#SeriesTwo : Love Your Body. Pregnancy changes you in a lot of ways. Physically, mentally & emotionally. Although pregnancy takes you through a magical journey of delivering your child, it also leaves you with stretch marks, sleepless nights leading to exhaustion & leg pains and back pains that come without a permanent solution to it. You can’t sit too long, you can’t stand too long, you can’t walk too much, you can’t rest too much. Every body behaves differently when having a baby and each of us have had our own struggle stories attached to it. But what’s important by the end of the day is that no matter what your body goes through, the sheer feeling of giving birth soon, makes it all go away. When I realise that there’s an actual human being that my body is helping make, it makes me stronger and fills me with pride! And I have been doing whatever is in my power to make this journey good for me and my baby. If you’re a mommy out there, remember that you’re strong and what you and your body are doing is truly magical! . #SeriesOne : Feed Your Mind. What’s been one of the most important things during the past eight months of my life is feeding my MIND with love, warmth & positivity. Hearing stories from everyone around you can really freak you out! Trust me, I know! Stories of immediate C-Sections, stories of blood loss, stories of early labor, stories, stories, stories! All this can really mess with your head and make you really scared about your own journey and that can really stress you out. Instead of having these stories freak you out, use them to your advantage! Take everyone’s experience as a learning lesson for yourself and how you’d overcome it, if you were to be facing the same situation. Work out your birthing process based on these stories and make sure you’re well prepped! Don’t let anything surprise you. Read books and talk to your doctor about it and try being as stress free as possible! Do some deep breathing through the day and before you know it, you’ll be over the hardest steps you think you’re about to face. 🙂 .
