ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ (Central Budget Session) ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ದ್ರೌಪದಿ ಮುರ್ಮು (Droupadi Murmu) ಜಂಟಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ (Narendra Modi) ಎರಡು ಅವಧಿಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.

ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ 370 ನೇ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ತ್ರಿವಳಿ ತಲಾಖ್ (Talaq) ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ, ನನ್ನ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ, ಎಲ್ಒಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಎಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಬಡತನದ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಮುರ್ಮು, ‘ಗರೀಬೋ ಹಠಾವೋ’ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲ, ನನ್ನ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಡವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೀಡ್ ಸ್ಕಿಲ್ ವರ್ಕ್, ಹೊಸ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಸ್ಥಿರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.
