ನವದೆಹಲಿ: 2024ರ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹೇಂದ್ರ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಧೋನಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಸುಬ್ರಮಣಿಯನ್ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಧೋನಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟಿಗೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯ ನಂತರ ಧೋನಿ ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಕುತೂಹಲ ಎದ್ದಿದೆ.
ಈ ಕುತೂಹಲದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಸುಬ್ರಮಣಿಯನ್ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ, ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಧೋನಿ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ನಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಹೊರತು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದರಿಂದಲೂ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಲು ನೆರವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಅವರು 2024ರ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2019ರ ವಿಶ್ವಕಪ್ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಬಳಿಕ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವಾಡದ ಧೋನಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹಲವು ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಧೋನಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಶನಿವಾರ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ಗೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
