ನವದೆಹಲಿ: 2021-22ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ʼವಿʼ ಶೇಪ್ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಅಂದಾಜು 11%ರಷ್ಟು ಜಿಡಿಪಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ದರ ನಮೂದಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ದರ ಮೈನಸ್ 7.7%ಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಲಾಕ್ಡೌನ್ನಿಂದ ಲಕ್ಷ ಲಕ್ಷ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ. ಬಿಗಿಯಾದ ಲಾಕ್ಡೌನ್ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸಂಸತ್ನ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಆರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ, ದೇಶದ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ಗಳ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿತ್ತ ಸಚಿವರು ನಾಲ್ಕೈದು ಮಿನಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಮಂಡಿಸುವ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಆ ಮಿನಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ಗಳ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಇರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜಂಟಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ವಿತ್ತ ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಕೆವಿ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯಂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟ ದೇಶದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ದೇಶದ ಜಿಡಿಪಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಎರಡಂಕಿಗೆ ಜಿಗಿಯಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನುಡಿದರು.

ಜಿಡಿಪಿ ದಿಢೀರ್ ಕುಸಿದು ದಿಢೀರ್ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಏರುವುದನ್ನು ವಿ ಶೇಪ್ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಗ್ರಾಫ್ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರಗಳು ನೋಡುವಾಗ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷಿನ ‘V’ ಅಕ್ಷರದಂತೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿ ಶೇಪ್ಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
