ದೆಹಲಿ: ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಝೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಫುಡ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಿಇಒ ದೀಪಿಂದರ್ ಗೋಯಲ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಜೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋದ ಸುಮಾರು 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರರಾಜಧಾನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಲಸಿಕೆ ವಿತರಣೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಂದಿ ವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನೇಶನ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಮುಂಬೈ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಝೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಕೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮುಂದಿನ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಶುರುವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಇಒ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನಮಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮೊದಲ ಆದ್ಯತೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ವೈರಸ್ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರರು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ, ತಮಗೆ ಅಪಾಯವಿದ್ದರೂ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸುಮಾರು 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಲಸಿಕೆ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಕಂಪನಿಯೇ ಭರಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
And while we set up camps in various other cities over the next few days, we are also encouraging our delivery partners to get vaccinated on their own. We are more than covering for the cost – we are *incentivising* our delivery partners to find a slot in their vicinity asap.
